Description

The machine is manufactured with SS316 product contact parts and SS304 non-product contact parts for hygienic operation, corrosion resistance and long service life. Operation

Containers are automatically conveyed through the conveyor system and positioned below the filling nozzles. The machine accurately dispenses the preset quantity of liquid into containers using a volumetric filling mechanism.

The machine is equipped with eight filling heads allowing simultaneous filling of multiple containers for higher productivity. The diving nozzle arrangement ensures foam-free and splash-free filling operation while maintaining filling accuracy and product consistency.

Filled containers are automatically transferred to the next packaging process through the conveyor system.
